  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
  2. Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly covered.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
