  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50–60 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Drizzle melted dark chocolate in a spiderweb pattern on top before serving.
