  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups shredded cheddar until well combined.
  2. Lay a double layer of cling wrap on the counter. Sprinkle about ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Place the cheese mixture over the cheddar layer and top with remaining cheese until fully covered.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a round shape and secure with rubber bands for a pumpkin look.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap and garnish with a bell pepper stem before serving.
