Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Ground Italian beef sausage
  • Turkey turkey pepperoni
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Pepperoncini or banana peppers
  • Marinara sauce for dipping
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground Italian beef sausage over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  2. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry wonton triangles in batches for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  3. On a baking sheet, layer the crispy wonton chips. Sprinkle with pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, turkey pepperoni, and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncini.
