1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 bell peppers (colorful mix), sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
Juice of ½ lime (optional)
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until soft (about 3 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes).
