- 500 g Hühnerbrust, gewürfelt
- 1 EL Olivenöl oder Kokosöl
- 1 mittelgroße Zwiebel, gewürfelt

- 3 große Eier
- 3 EL Sojasauce
- 1 EL Reisessig
- 1 TL Ingwer, frisch gerieben
- 1 TL Sesamöl
- Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
