  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 26 grams brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 60 grams heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Beat room-temperature butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  4. Shape dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Press your thumb into each ball to create an indentation. Bake for about 10 minutes.
