  • 2 flatbreads (14.5 ounces total)
  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1.5 cups diced cooked chicken (about 3/4 pounds)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined sheet pan and brush the edges with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes until warmed and slightly crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven, spread buffalo sauce on each flatbread, and top with chicken and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes until edges are browned. Broil for an extra 1-2 minutes if desired.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and extra buffalo sauce before serving.
